Growing up, both of us have been really fortunate to be surrounded by people who care a lot about the world and its future. Whether it be about the environment, ocean conservation, social justice, gun reform, voting, and many other causes… there was never a time where these conversations were not surrounding us. 

 

In June 2017, we attended a Global Citizen event in Rome, Italy. The evening included discussions about not only the injustices that were going on in the world regarding poverty but also, how to take action and be better “Global Citizens”. Having done work with Global Citizen separately, we decided that we wanted to put our energy together and take inspiration from the time we spent working with their team. Fast forward to March 2020, we believe that the world is in dire need of unity and collaboration and come forth our new series… Let’s Talk.

 

Using IGTV, Instagram’s platform for longer videos, Spotify podcasts, and YouTube, we are hosting discussions with incredible guests who care about making the world a safer, cleaner, and overall better place. Each month, we will switch up the topic of conversation and hold new organizations in the light. We are hoping to create a safe place for activists to use their voices and share their knowledge with those who are hoping to learn and do better.
